Citiscape Apartments, 97 Filleul Street Apartments, Dunedin, 2019

The unique purpose built executive apartment building was conceived and managed by Signature Property Ltd. The development consisted of 15 1 bedroom apartments and 10 penthouse 2 bedroom apartments. The services included the full conceptual design, feasibility and planning phase, plus construction supervision. The construction was split into approximately 10 trades, all of which were managed by Signature Property. The site was challenging and required a strong and professional coordination of all trades, resulting in a very successful development for the Developers.

CitiBase 93 Filleul Street Apartments, Dunedin, 2014

Signature Property initiated this unique all new multi-level apartment building in Dunedin's CBD. Comprising 17 one bedroom apartments with sun and city views. The services included the full conceptual design, feasibility and planning phase, plus construction supervision. The site was extremely challenging and complicated, requiring a close working relationship with the construction contractor. The end result was excellent for the client and achieved the financial returns anticipated. All 17 apartments were sold within 6 months of completion.

84 Queen Street Student Accommodation Apartments, Dunedin, 2014

Signature Property was approached by a Singaporean/Kiwi family regarding the best development options for their Queen Street site. Signature Property planned and fully managed the development of this 10 bedroom student accommodation building, over 2 flats. The design and site was challenging, being at the rear of an existing traditional student flatting building that was still occupied throughout the development. The project included the redevelopment and upgrade of the existing older building to improve rents and comply with district plan density rules. The units were completed on time and on budget ready for renting in 2014.

23 Cargill Street Student Accommodation Apartments, Dunedin, 2013

Signature Property conceived, planned and fully managed the development of this student accommodation complex for our out of town clients. These student flats are a cut above the rest, with decks for all above ground bedrooms. Our role included feasibility preparation, securing the land, design supervision, resource consent processing, building consent, tender and construction supervision. The finished result has been very well received by the tenants now occupying the rooms, but first and foremost was on time and on budget for our clients. The completed development is returning greater than the forecast yield for the owners.

25 London St Studio Apartments, Dunedin 2011/12

Signature Property managed the construction of this executive quality 15 room studio accommodation complex. The tasks included design supervision, two successful resource consent processes (one being fully notified), building consent, tender and construction. Along with the dwelling, a number of complex siteworks activities were required, such as removing all overhead power and phone services, asphalting and associated drainage, plus significant retaining. The finished result has been very well received by the tenants now occupying the rooms.

Mosgiel Commercial Development Project, 2008

Feasibility and consultancy services provided to a local commercial property investor investigating the construction of office accommodation for a Government Department.

Quest Serviced Apartments, Dunedin 2007.

Local Dunedin networks sourced an Australasian Hotelier tenant for a Dunedin . Signature Property jointly developed the project, reviewed sites, evaluated feasibilities, established tenancies and developed the 42 bedroom serviced apartment complex on Cumberland St , Dunedin .

Eastwoods Recycled Products, Dunedin 2007.

This highly visible site in Kaikorai Valley Rd was considered for redevelopment. The client requested various feasibility reviews of redevelopment options be conducted and concept sketches be produced.

4 Minto Street , Dunedin 2007.

Construction tendering and contract supervision of the splitting a 1000m2 lot into two lots in Andersons Bay.

Glen Lyon Estates, Twizel 2006.

The strategic purchase of 500 acres adjacent to Twizel in the Mackenzie Country allowed many opportunities to be considered. Tenure review and free holding throughout New Zealand allowed the development management of a 10 lot subdivision only 10 minutes walk to the town centre. These fully serviced lots ranged from 9000 m2 to 4000 m2. Also included was the redevelopment of an existing home on one of the lots. This subdivision was completely managed by Signature Property and is 100% sold.

Anzac Ave Student Flats, Dunedin 2003.

This well located and underutilised industrial building was conversion to three student flats and maintained one commercial tenancy space on the ground floor. Parking was provided on site also.

Somerville St Homes Subdivision , Dunedin 2001 – 2004.

A feasibility showed solid returns based on an economical design and joint venture relationship. Two sections of land were acquired in Highcliff Dunedin to construct two custom designed homes.
